Payment Terms: If payment has not been received within 15 days of due date, all services will be temporarily discontinued or disabled until payment is received.
Release: You hereby grant Root Pages, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your domain, media, trademarks, business name, and other information that you provide or approve for the purpose of designing, developing, testing, hosting, and maintaining your website or social media accounts. You represent and warrant that you have the authority and consent to grant this license and that your information does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Refund Policy: Our business operates under a strict no refund policy for services rendered. Once a customer engages our services and completes the transaction, we do not offer refunds or compensation. Whether it’s a subscription, consultation, or any other service, all transactions are considered final. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to make informed decisions before availing of our services.
Liability Waver: Root Pages, LLC is also not liable for any damages or losses caused by the use or misuse of the website, social media accounts, or ads management platforms. The designer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on the website. Root Pages, LLC does not offer any assurances that our marketing efforts will result in guaranteed income or business.
Pricing: The prices shown are based on the current market conditions and availability of the products or services. However, these prices are not guaranteed and may vary depending on various factors, such as supply and demand, taxes, fees, discounts, promotions, and other circumstances. Therefore, we reserve the right to change the prices at any time. Before prices are changed, we will provide communication 30 days in advance.
Cancellation: Excluding any Business Email services, you may cancel your subscription(s) at any time. If you wish to purchase and keep your website after the subscription has been cancelled, we will provide a "buy-out" estimate to you. The estimate will include labor and expenses required to build and maintain the website. You will also be responsible for paying any hosting fees required by the hosting company (Wix), this cost may vary based on the needs/features of your website.
Business Email: The recipient of this service must agree to a 1-year commitment provided by Root Pages. In the event of service cancellation, the customer agrees to fulfill their financial obligation by paying the remaining balance of the contract term in a single invoice, covering all pending monthly installments.
